This lot features a collection of 17 Barber silver dimes, struck by the United States Mint between 1892 and 1916. Designed by Charles E. Barber, Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, these coins display Liberty adorned with a Phrygian cap and laurel wreath on the obverse and a wreath surrounding “One Dime” on the reverse. Barber dimes hold historical significance as part of the late-19th and early-20th-century coinage. This set offers an excellent representation of coins that circulated during a transformative period in America’s history.
