This 1981 Susan B. Anthony Dollar, struck at the Denver Mint, is a unique piece of U.S. minting history. Designed to replace the $1 bill, the coin's initial release in 1979 met low demand, leading to limited production in subsequent years. The 1981 edition was never distributed for general circulation, making it a sought-after collectible. Presented in a protective display with accompanying information, this coin offers a glimpse into a pivotal moment in U.S. numismatics.
